Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Acting as the primary on-site leader for day-to-day construction activities Coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle Developing and managing project schedules, including critical path planning Managing subcontractors and resolving scheduling or productivity challenges Overseeing site logistics, workforce planning, and daily operations Identifying and documenting field issues and preparing RFIs as needed Coordinating across all trades to maintain project alignment and progress Ensuring all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met Supporting budget tracking and managing general conditions Enforcing quality control and ensuring all work meets contract documents Promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to all safety standards Profile The Superintendent will have: 3+ years of construction experience Strong understanding of construction documents, methods, and sequencing Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating job site activities Knowledge of cost control and basic project financials Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification Ability to work in various weather conditions and active job sites Valid driver's license Job Offer The Superintendent will be offered: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary plus performance bonus Annual salary increases Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting HSA with employer contribution 3 weeks PTO plus sick days and 11 paid holidays Paid parental leave Paid training and development Company events and team outings Long-term growth opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
